Curiosity is a quality that is related to inquisitive thinking, which leads us to observe, investigate, explore and learn. It also epitomises our behaviour and emotion of knowing what's happening around you and to gain knowledge or information towards enhancing our learning. Curiosity has been one of the major driving forces not only in human development, but development in creative and communications field.
An insight is the capacity to gain a deep understanding of someone or something. It could be derived by research and careful observation or it may just strike you suddenly from deep within your subconscious.
If one was to combine these two and look at them in the same context, then curiosity is behaviour and comes from within, while insight is what happens when you tend to be curious about things and people around you. So, if curiosity is the means, insight is the end.
As we complete two decades in the business, we cannot but emphasise on these two aspects that have driven us and defined us since inception. We pride ourselves in being curious and have constantly thrived to be so. An insight-driven approach fuelled by curiosity to learn, adapt, create and innovate is a part of our DNA.
